The “Terms and Conditions of Sale” as well as the “Terms and Conditions of Training and Assessment” are MTCS Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy
In accordance with EU law, individual customers (consumers) have the right to cancel any product bought remotely within 7 days of receipt of purchase, so long as it is returned in saleable condition and at the customer’s expense. For electronic products, we take this to be before the user has downloaded the product or submitted an assessment.
If you would like a refund please contact enquiries@mtcs.info giving your transaction ID, product, name and contact details. Please note that this does not apply to either corporate clients or training courses; these are covered under the cancellation policy in our general terms and conditions.
