Competence Administrators are a Vital link in the Certification Process

Here at MTCS we provide competence certificates for company personnel, but the very significant, first port-of-call for us, is the contact from HR or training departments.

These departments are the vital link to our candidates, as they understand the assessment process which is in-valuable.

Whilst it’s important that we can liaise directly with the candidate, it is the company administrator who has an overview of all correspondence.

Our system, MTCS online will support the administrator and ensure they can access feedback from our verifiers and the system will in turn provide a range of reporting features on the candidates.

The assessment process at MTCS relies on the input of the company administrator and for us this means the whole certification process can be completed as smoothly as possible.

Company administrators need to ensure internal processes have been followed and are inline with the MTCS assessment and verification, but this isn’t problematic as MTCS Online will help facilitate this.
