MTCS Ltd, the leading provider of offshore training and competence assessment, offer a course in supervisory and leadership skills in the form of our 2-3 day Corporate Team Leadership course.
Length of course is determined by number of candidates.
Designed as an experiential training program, the course will assess candidates’ skill at maintaining and developing a small team. It examines how they perform as a leader, drives them to draw on their skills as a Supervisor, and encourages them to reflect on situations which require ‘leadership’.
The course encourages candidates to work as a group and participate in a variety of informal leadership activities.
Course notes and assignments for use during the course will be provided.
The course adheres to the guidelines found in IMCA Document CO11.
Any personnel who have reached or are actively working toward the role of Supervisor are appropriate for this course. It is an excellent opportunity for them to enhance their skills and receive formal certification.

As well as direct training candidates can expect regular, relaxed and informal feedback on their performance. Assessment takes place throughout the course.
A certificate of Successful Completion of Training in Team Leadership for Offshore Supervisors is awarded on successful completion of the course. The certificate is noted as conforming to IMCA C011.
