00:01 GMT on Monday 25 March and 23:59 BST on Sunday 31 March, 2019
Naturally, should these activities be completed ahead of schedule, we shall make the MTCS Online system available earlier than the above date.
This time has been chosen to minimise the impact on MTCS customers. We advise you to make any necessary arrangements to enable you to continue with your normal business operations, such as downloading any certificates, evidence or learning resources you anticipate needing during this period.
This programme of activity is in preparation for the launch of the new MTCS Online platform, which has been set for Monday 1st April, 2019 and will be made available to all existing customers and new clients.
During this period, it will not be possible for MTCS (UK) Ltd to issue certificates or process credit card payments via the MTCS website.
• Users will not be able to:
• Log-in to their personal or organisation account on MTCS Online
• Access resources (e.g. competence programmes, distance learning products) will not be accessible
• Complete Distance Learning Exams
• Upload evidence to MTCS Online
• Gain access to certificates
Whilst this time has been chosen to try and minimise the impact on MTCS customers, we advise you to make any necessary arrangements to enable you to continue with your normal business operations.
