The new MTCS Online system is entering its final stages of development with data migration scheduled and user testing underway, with the MTCS team working closely with the very talented people at Synergy Learning.

In the run-up to the launch of MTCS Online we will be issuing further notifications, guidance and support for users of the existing system and are more than happy for you to contact us should you have any concerns or queries on how this may affect you or your organisation.
In the meantime, following are some questions we have already been asked by our clients, and our answers:
Q: Will there be an increase in the cost for my certificate?
A: No – there are no price changes being introduced as a result of the new MTCS Online system and costs will remain the same to individuals and contracting companies wishing to obtain certification for their personnel.
Q: Are my existing certificates still valid?
A: Yes – there will be no change to certificates that were awarded through the older version of MTCS Online.
Q: Will I need to retake any courses I took through the older version of MTCS Online?
A: No – the certificates you obtained will still be valid and the same course will still be available should you require to re-take in the future.
Q: Will any evidence I have in the old version of MTCS online still be available to me?
A: Yes – we will migrate all your data across to the new version of MTCS Online.
Q: Is my data secure and how do MTCS manage this?
A: Yes – the software in the new version of MTCS Online has been specifically designed to be compliant with GDPR regulations. Further details of the MTCS (UK) Ltd GDPR policy can be found here (PDF download).
Q: Will there be any outage of my account during the change over to the new version of MTCS online?
A: Yes – MTCS Online will be switched into maintenance mode for a period of one week while we migrate to the new system.
This has been scheduled for 00:01 BST on Monday 25 March until 23:59 BST on Sunday 31 March, 2019.
Please note that the service will be made available as soon as the work is completed, which may be earlier than anticipated.
Whilst this time has been chosen to try and minimise the impact on MTCS customers, we advise you to make any necessary arrangements to enable you to continue with your normal business operations.
