Whilst personal wellbeing is absolutely paramount to us, we are also acutely aware that whilst this pandemic will affect operations across the oil & gas sector, there is still the requirement for continuity from service providers such as MTCS (UK) Ltd.
We would like to reassure all of our clients and users of MTCS Online that we do not envisage any service interruption or outage of our software as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
Operating globally and across time zones, business continuity is something which we take very seriously.
MTCS Online is entirely cloud-based, with automatic back-ups run day and night. This means that all user and business data is 100% secure and current, 100% of the time.
In the event of any of our team being required to self-isolate, then we are all able to work remotely from our homes, and still provide the same high levels of service. Even in this scenario, we do not foresee any operational disruptions that could lead to backlogs.
